Our Story
Lawyers at Oliver & Grimsley, LLC combine over 60 years of experience in corporate and business transactions, patent, copyright, trademark, licensing, internet, privacy, advertising, entertainment, corporate, entrepreneurship, investing, technology and related legal areas. We love what we do. We love helping our clients navigate legal issues. We work well with our clients’ business team – the accountants, bankers, insurance agents and business consultants. We have worked at large law firms – which have their benefits, but we have seen how inefficient allocation of lawyers can cause undue expense.
