She is being recognized this year in the fields of Copyright Law and Trademark Law; and she has been named the 2025 Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” for Copyright Law in Baltimore.  With over 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, Kim has enjoyed working with clients ranging from startups to publicly traded companies in building and protecting their intellectual property, both in the United States and internationally.
